Gauthier Elslander has been named Managing Director of Initiative Belgium. Before joining IPG Mediabrands, five years ago, as Chief Strategy & Marketing Officer, Gauthier Eslander was Strategy & Planning Director OMD and PHD, Head of Marcom at Orange / Base and also European Account Director at BBDO Düsseldorf.
Johan Putseys will assume the role of Chief Operations Officer. Putseys will be responsible for operations and business strategies for all Initiative teams and clients.
