Initiative France has announced the appointment of Dimitri Aït Kaci as Managing Director. Starting his role later this month, Dimitri Aït Kaci will also join the Executive Group Committee of IPG Mediabrands and will report directly to Thomas Jamet, CEO of IPG Mediabrands France.

Dimitri Aït Kaci joins from Starcom MediaVest Group France, where he was Deputy General Manager until 2014 where he became Managing Director. He was responsible for key accounts and developing the agency. His previous career highlights include working for the Société Générale Group, as Media Coordinator and Account Manager within MindShare (GroupM) from 2003 to 2005. Dimitri has a Masters in Marketing from Université Panthéon Sorbonne in Paris.
