IPG Mediabrands has appointed Lisa Gray as a senior member of its national Talent Team. She takes the title of talent director and joins Mediabrands reporting to chief talent officer Efi Richter.

Gray has more than 20 years experience at all levels of recruitment and people retention programs in the media industry. Prior to joining Mediabrands she was director of people and culture at Starcom Australia.

“Lisa’s qualifications and experience in attracting and developing talent are ideal for the programs we are running across Mediabrands nationally,” said Richter.
