We heard all the arguments. "You can't do that, you only impact a certain portion of their business." "What if they don’t deliver?" "How can you keep your people committed if the client doesn’t look to be making goal?" We heard them for many (many) years. But, by 2010, it was high time to own up to what being a partner truly meant. Agencies and the groups that support them bristle at the term "vendor," rally against being commoditized. Yet act like vendors and by trying to differentiate, ensure they will in fact be commoditized. We put skin in the game. We live to drive our clients' businesses. We celebrate the diversity of thinking that leads to unexpected solutions and the results they drive. We are different, and couldn’t be more excited to be alive in this exciting moment. We herald all the moments that come.
